Chanjuan XU
Chanjuan XU earned her PhD at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST, Wuhan, China) in 2011, working on the transactivation signaling pathway of GABAB receptor to insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor.
After post-doctoral research and scientific training at Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle (IGF, Montpellier France) in the group of Professor Laurent FAGNI and Julie PERROY, the group of Jean-Philippe PIN and Philippe RONDARD, and at HUST in the group of Prof Jianfeng LIU, she joined College of Life Science and Technology in HUST as an assistant professor. Her current research activities focus on developing the GPCR functional assays by BRET and nanobodies. She has contributed in the functional validation of the asymmetric activation mode of GABAB receptor and mGlu2-7 heterodimer (Nature, 2021a, b).
